Good morning,
My name is Sinovuyo Chochoe, originally from Uitenhage.
I just want to write a testimony/review with the assistance I received from Lee-Ann Bates.
I referred to Dr Kassan for an emergency surgical wisdom tooth extraction - unfortunately, my medical aid plan did not cover even a small portion of the expense.
Out of her generosity, professionalism and empathy she devised a plan for me, she saw the state of excruciating pain I was in, and referred me to the Maxillofacial Department in Livingstone Hospital, under your trusted guidance.
The manner and urgency to assist has been apparent to me in the medical field for a while, and I was just amazed and grateful for it because she was in a position to professionally not assist me due to my medical aid plan.
I just want to pass gratitude to Dr Kassan and your wonderful staff for swiftly and beautifully assisting me.
To Lee-Ann Bates, continue being a wonderful soul and professional - your profession, at times, does not get the recognition it requires.

2 years ago, you changed my daughter Anna's life. You will remember it as halfway you
thought you had a possible medical issue, and your cousin finished off. Thankfully, it was
only dehydration. You changed a shy insecure child into a woman who is confident, has a long
term boyfriend, is thriving at University. I can not thank you enough. You deserve all the
worlds blessing.
Afternoon Dr and Mrs Bates,
I would like to thank you both for the wonderful operation conducted to remove a 5 years old
burden out of my mouth. To me it was more than a bad wisdom tooth, it was something that
hindered my self-esteem and the constant pain made me a person that I am not, so thank you
all for restoring normality to my life.
The healing procedure was and still is going so well, that I thought I could return to the
office today. Well that and academic work pressure. I did not know that this was illegal to
do, and I have been kindly asked to have the dates revised to today’s return instead of the
26th.
I apologise for the inconvenience , but your wonderful work made me feel like I could do
anything now 😊
